I just want to thank Kevin at Conklin for being so patient with me and so helpful. It’s my first time owning a new model vehicle and I was very nervous bringing it in. He explained everything well and went exactly what they would do and why, what I needed next and when to come back. They even offered to help program a new key fob for me at no cost. I will definitely be returning to them for all of my service needs.
