Technician came to fix a couple different fridge/freezer issues. When he realized it wasn’t just the frion, he decided he didn’t want to do the job and headed out leaving us no better off than before, and we will probably be receiving a bill for him checking the frion. Extremely disappointed. Why even have a business if you don’t want to work? We had another business come this week - they immediately figured out the issue, and got the part ordered. They had amazing attitudes whereas the guy from Beckman was grouchy and clearly didn’t want to be there.
