I called. They gave me an estimate. I accepted the estimate. They installed a roof.
Could have communicated better about an extra unforeseen incidental charge but it happens.
Roof looks great. The ladies in the office were very nice and Jarred treated us great.
I was sold on the Owen’s Corning product over the other products in town and am quite happy with the final product.
It was great to be able to take samples home for a week or two while we settled on a final color.

Doug was great! He came out the next day to look at roof, and waited patiently for me to choose a color which was a harder decision that I thought it would be! They were out quickly and put on a new roof in one day! Great and fast service and communication! Will use again for my next roofing needs.

Ark Valley is THE best!! I called them in a panic after learning my home owners insurance was in jeopardy. That very day Gary came out for an estimate with prices that beat the competitors by far.
