Was driving south on Halstead Rd they are working on. Looks like they ground out the track cracks that animals creat crossing the road. Good so far but didn't fill the sunken places clear up.They then over laid the road an packed it down with roller. It is the sorriest job I have seen. The road is almost as rough as they started. Guess I am going to county commissioners an have them ride with me to show the poor quality we citizens of Harvey county are paying for.
