We had a unique situation as a previous roof job over a decade ago led to leaks in our house. The leaks caused mold to grow inside our walls and health issues followed with the family that worsened over the past couple years. A mold restoration and cleaning crew were out at the same time and the plan was for Above and Beyond to follow behind and patch up what was tore out. What happened was a bit of the opposite. During a very stressful chaotic time, all of our concerns with the roof were being addressed without us even having to inquire or remind them. It was a feeling of surprise/gratitude.
