The insurance would not pay for a roof because it was not installed correct years ago. After checking around I found Jackson at Aqua Shield Roofing and he was able to work within my budget to get a new roof. Jackson was so GOOD to work with!!
I highly recommend AquaShield Roofing! Jackson Sheets was outstanding from the very beginning. He helped me file my warranty claim with Malarkey Shingles and walked me through every step of the process, making everything easy to understand. When it came time to replace my roof, the team contacted me to schedule a day that worked well for everyone. They arrived on time, completed the tear-off and reroofing efficiently, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. The entire project was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of their work was excellent. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Shane came out for the initial inspection/estimate. He talked to us about how the repairs would be completed. The repairs were scheduled very quickly. They came to replace our roofs as scheduled and did a great job. Our house, workshop and shed look great once again.
