Our little Shih Tzu Luna was having pain and discomfort that was causing her not to eat or drink at all. Went to Vet and they recommended a couple rounds of X rays to see what was wrong. Found out her intestines looked bunchy and she had a lot of gas inside them. We opted for surgery to be sure nothing foreign was inside causing issues. She was upfront about the cost and risk if we didn’t choose that option. The surgery found no object but a lot more gas. I can tell you how much I love Dr. Lindsay, Erick and the staff at Hoisington Veterinary Hospital. My mini Aussie Milli had I had the unfortunate event to be attacked by large dogs in Johnson, County Ks about five years ago. Dr. Lindsay has been the best vet for my anxiety riddled dog ( and me too). She has always taken tremendous care of Milli, and I will gladly drive hours away to have my Milli seen by Dr. Lindsay. I can tell you do not get the same care in the large cities. Hoisington is so lucky to have her here in Barton County.

Dr Lindsay and her staff were great. Our dog was so ill we thought we needed to put her to sleep but, Lindsay examined her and diagnosed her with pneumonia. She treated her with antibiotics and she is doing much better. We are so thankful she saved out sweet 11 year old English Bulldog.
