My first experience was good. Very professional and accommodating. I walked in and had a bit of a wait, due to not making an appointment. My service was phenomenal, I had a razor trim and had my first spa experience 😄
We had a fantastic experience! JD was incredibly friendly and even opened the shop after hours to accommodate my son’s haircut for first day back to school. He was engaging, made my son laugh, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days — we’ll definitely be back!
