“Joe is THE MAN! He has great attention to detail. I showed him a picture from google and he replicated it pixel for pixel on my head (caeser + skin fade). He wasn't slow, and he didn't rush either. He's hard-working. All his tools were clean. The whole shop was clean. Joe accepted me as a walk in and squeezed me in while it was busy, that was really cool. Also, he's just a really good guy.
