I wanted to leave a review for the great job Brett and the service team did to help us through a stressful situation. We were in the middle of a van voyage coast to coast across the country when our minivan's transmission decided to die exactly halfway through our trip. We were stranded over the weekend but the service team got us up and running ASAP considering the scope of the repair. We made it the rest of the way with no more transmission issues. The people of Hays were so friendly! If we had to be stranded somewhere, we were fortunate it was in Hays, KS.
This service department is great!
I moved here with a pretty new car under warranty. I’ve come in for a couple of issues and oil changes. The warranty portion was basically painless and worth every penny! The Service Advisors at the front desk, and on the phone, listen. So refreshing! I have great customer experience, and always so happy when I pick up my car at the end of it all. I am definitely going to buy my next automobile here at Lewis Hays. They did such a great job in the service department, I just had to review!
This post will be a long one. Let's start back from August 17 2023 when my jeep first arrived at this dealership for warranty work.Sometimes went wrong when I was on a road trip they couldn't get to it anytime soon so I went back home to NC, they thought it was the turbo actuator got a call in September letting me know everything was done. Sadly it wasn't it was something more at this point it was believed to be the turbo itself that was bad because the same issues was there as before. New turbo in and same issues.
