I went in to have my dip removed and a new set done. I asked for a soak off and instead they used clippers and peeled them off. I should have spoken up but that's on me. He shortened my nails and they are slightly different lengths and the shapes are all over the place.
Dip wise - I love the color and the application is thin but full coverage.
The tools appeared to be clean and one time use. Except for the brushes - they felt crusty and dirty on my skin.
The price was fine but I would not return.

Stylist: I had Mary. She did a wonderful job and loved how my nails turned out. Very pretty. She was very quick and did what I requested. I will ask for her to do my nails again. I would rate her a 10+.

I use to live in hays and got my nails done every so often. I moved away 3 years ago. In the last couple months I have gone to hays and had the chance to get my nails done and luckily there was availability. Unfortunately the service the last couple times I have gone has not been great. This last visit I was the only one getting a fill done so no reason to rush to get another person in. I was at the front chair. Though I am greatful for their work I felt this person just rushed. I have all different shapes and thicknesses on my nails. The paint was not put on well.
