I want to start by saying that the staff are always very friendly and services are always satisfactory.
I’ve been visiting Body and Soul for several years now. My husband and two of my closest friends know that I like go there. They usually get me a gift certificate for special occasions.
Sadly, I had an experience that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I had a $100 certificate that I didn’t realize expired on 12-21-24, and had a service on Feb 22. I was informed that my certificate would be reduced by $5 for every month past expiration. Mind you, this policy isn’t stated anywhere on their site. At the very least, it should. In from out of town, I dropped in on Cara's Friday morning yoga class. The studio space is beautiful! I love the hard wood floors and the natural lighting. Cara is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor who catered her class to the needs of the participants. I was just along for the ride, but had a fantastic workout as a result. Thank you!
Deveney Albright was my Esthetician and she gave me a facial, head massage and hand massage! It was amazing! Deveney knows just how much pressure to apply to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated! I would highly recommend her and I will for sure be back! She is a natural, a gifted Esthetician! The spa has a beautiful atmosphere and the front desk girls and owner were so kind and helpful! This spa experience was 100% worth my trip to Hays and I can't wait to go back!
