About Big Creek Veterinary Services
Big Creek Veterinary Services is a highly recommended veterinary clinic known for its compassionate and helpful staff. Clients have praised their exceptional care during stressful situations, such as surgeries and illnesses. One reviewer shared a remarkable experience when the owner personally assisted their sick dog, demonstrating dedication and commitment. The clinic is also recognized for providing affordable services, including spaying, heartworm tests, and vaccinations, ensuring pets receive excellent care. The staff takes the time to explain procedures in a clear and respectful manner, making pet owners feel reassured. They were the only vet who answered the phone for an emergency call at 2am while traveling. They did a good job unblocking a cat’s urinary tract and answered all questions. The procedure room setup with batwing doors was a concern, as another dog unexpectedly entered after a delicate procedure. The clinic also successfully handled Salem’s teeth checkup, calming a nervous cat and providing effective medication. Additionally, during a cross-country trip, the staff met pet owners at the clinic at midnight to help with a vomiting dog, demonstrating their dedication and quick response. Overall, Big Creek Veterinary Services remains a trusted choice for pet care in the area.
I highly recommend this vet to anyone and everyone who wants true genuine loving service towards your fur babies!! This honestly is the best vet I have ever been to in this town. Not only is the doctor kind, caring, and loving towards any animal that walks through that door the staff is beyond caring, kind, and so respectful! I am beyond truly grateful and thankful for everything this Veterinarian Service has done to help my fur babies! 10 outa 10 I highly recommend coming here if you want your fur babies to not only get the help that they deserve and need but also have the respect, kindness, and love your animals deserve as well!
They were the only vet who answered the phone for an emergency call at 2am while we were travelling. They did a good job unblocking my cat's urinary tract and answering all of our questions. The only negative was the procedure room setup with batwing doors - another owner's unleashed 80 lb labrador barrelled into the exam room right after a very delicate procedure. Secure doors for areas like that would be worthwhile
I took my cat Salem in to have his teeth checked out. Salem is usually very nervous going to new places. And can be somewhat skidding in those situations. But the vet did a fantastic job in calling him down. But most importantly he found out what was causing my cats mouth pain. Gave him a couple shots and sent us on our way. I could tell after a couple hours that the medication that was given to him is helping out a lot. I will definantly be bringing Salem back for any future visits.
