“One Saturday morning I heard water running in my kitchen and it was coming from the floor vent. I called mpire immediately and they were at my house within 10 minutes. An old pipe had cracked and there was standing water in the crawlspace. within 15 minutes. Comfort pro arrived, assessed the situation, and capped the broken pipe. I cannot imagine what it was like crawling through the mud to do the work. But they had great attitudes alsoWhile they were there, the furnace stopped working. I left and came back had a brand new thermostat and a nice warm house. Their professionalism, calm attitude, and knowledge of what to do made it a great experience for me. Soon after they tore the floor out in the kitchen built a new subfloor and Replaced the top floor and I had a brand new kitchen. They came when they said they would, they were quick to get things done. I have nothing but good things to say I especially Want to call out Shay And his friendly attitude. They made it a point to come back and double check the Work that comfort pro dad and everybody was on the same page. Thank you, Mpire For a job well done!”
