Upper management & HR are the worst. I used to work there, have been gone 3 months & STILL have not gotten the required paperwork I should have had before I left. And get nothing but the run around from Kirsti the HR person when I ask. But I guess I shouldn’t expect any different as that’s what happened from the day she was hired till I left.?

Scheduled appointment over a month ago for chipped tooth. Took my son in today for that and got complete runaround. They charged for cleaning and x-ray and we were told to schedule for chipped tooth over a month out again. sure seems like they are only out to charge insurance for as much as possible and not do the procedure that was booked. will also be filing a grievance with insurance so they can fight to get compensation for unrequested procedures that a child cannot authorize. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DENTIST. STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND KEEP SAYING OVERBOOKED AS EXCUSE FOR NOT READING NOTES. My fiance saw a nice dentist. However he didn't get to see him for his follow up for 2 broken teeth, because the receptionist gave his appointment away! When she called she said she to move his time since someone else needed that time. When I tried to explain he had that time scheduled with work and couldn't change, she got rude with me.
