I spoke with Judy about 15 minutes after she had opened, she was very quick to deliver the flowers to my sister for her birthday. I was very pleased with her customer service and how nice she was on the phone. My sister did send me a picture of the arrangement, it wasn't quite what I had asked for, but still beautiful!

Judy Bateman is a beautiful woman with a beautiful and generous heart. My husband and I have been driving for two days on our way to visit my grandmother who stays in a nursing home in a very small town in Nebraska and really wanted to cheer her up with some flowers. We were unaware we hit the time zone change, so didn't realize how late it was when we called to ask if she was open. Although her store was closed she graciously came in immediately and arranged the most beautiful flower arrangement that I know is going to warm my grandmother's heart. Excellent store with excellent service. Thank you so much.

Judy at Serendipity Flower Shop is wonderful! I was in a pinch for a last minute birthday present for my Mom, who lives there in Goodland, KS. I live in Southern California and called Serendipity Flower shop and Judy was such a pleasant lady. She made my Moms arrangement so beautifully, and even delivered them with a hug! Highly recommended!!!
