But let me tell you when I called for an appointment at 12:45, and the person on the phone said they can get me in at 1:45 I was elated. I went in and I was the only person there with my stylist. They focused on me the whole time. She noticed that the color I had on my nails was different than the color I had chosen. And asked me if I maybe wanted a brighter color. She explained exactly what she was doing and why. And she made sure that the product I picked was exactly what I wanted. “I went in for a massage of my neck on 9/25/23. The masseuse checked in with me several times to see if the pressure was too much or too little. Although I only paid for a 30 minute massage of my neck, she determined that my back and neck needed some hot stone therapy. Normally they charge more for it, but she didn’t charge me more. She just genuinely seemed to want to help. I got relief from my neck & shoulder pain that has been plaguing me for months. They did expect payment in cash, which was fine, but just wanted to mention that. I highly recommend their services!“
