Came home to find my furnace wasn't working so called to schedule a service call afraid it was something major. Very professional service tech was at my door within 30 minutes and introduced himself as Mark. Long story short, it wasn't a major repair rather a 2 minute battery change in my thermostat. Mark replaced the batteries and quickly checked the furnace in the basement to make sure it was running and left without charging me. Integrity is priceless! He has my business! Thank you Mark!
