Diana was so easy to work with when I needed to make a change to our insurance coverage. She quickly made the change and had coverage on the new vehicle. She was super friendly and willing to help anyway she could.
I called to add a new checking account for bank withdrawal. The state farm agent noticed several things wrong with my account. She worked thru the issues with me exploring various options. I the end we ended up with right coverage for my condo; house and liability. It also saved me money. Overall a very wonderful experience!
I own a construction company and work a lot with insurance companies. This particular State Farm has been great to work with, go-getter mentality, and truly care about their customers.
