Yesterday was not a great experience. I found some mistakes and had other questions I needed answered. Went back to same location today and was helped by a very nice lady named Pong, not sure if I spelled her name correctly. She answered all my questions and gave me a voucher for my Kansas taxes owed. I'm not sure if I will use Jackson Hewitt again next year, but I might.
