Faith Senior Services provides exceptional support to families navigating the challenging process of finding a suitable care facility for their loved ones. The team takes the time to listen and guide families through every step, from finding the right placement to managing logistics. They offer reassurance and peace of mind during stressful times. Blair is wonderful and very caring, helping to make the transition easy and stress free. She went over and above, providing caring, emotional support and was always available to answer questions. The team's expertise and availability make the transition smoother and more manageable.
In a world of capitalism, this organization has been an amazing blend of resources, information, guidance, and support for myself and my elderly parents, for absolutely no monetary reward. We have transitioned from hospitalization to a rehab clinic, to a long-term skilled nursing facility, to finding one facility for both of my parents who have different levels of care needs. It has been an extremely steep learning curve and probably the most difficult six months of my life. If you need help placing a loved one or need help yourself finding a home away from home, CALL SUZANNE!! She is amazing! She helped my brother and I find a placement for my parents when it was time for them to move out of their home of 40+ years. It was a daunting process, but once Suzanne got involved the process was much less stressful! She is not only delightful to work with, but also so very knowledgeable!! CALL HER TODAY!!!
