Arrived late last evening to hot house. Called Weber 1st thing in am, although very booked Austin arrived early afternoon. Replaced several major components and provided maintenance to the unit. We were up and cooling in less than 8 hours! Austin was friendly, helpful and speedy taking care of most of the issues and assurance of returning to complete the job. Quick and great service! Would definitely recommend and will be my go to from now on. My technician was kind, honest and answered all the questions I had. He had my system fixed and running smoothly in no time
James did a nice job on the maintenance. He was patient with me as I cleaned the glass cover over the fireplace and reassembled it for me. He did all I asked and then some. We will see you in the spring or sooner if problems arise.
