You pay for a haircut and you get a haircut. Owner says if you want to get all Hollywood go to the other guys and make an appointment. He only does walk-ins, no appointments. He will likely do a better job than you giving yourself a bowl cut. The bar is low and unfortunately the game isn't limbo. If you need a cut desperately, this is probably the only game in town, so yeah it's a haircut.
