JC Penney Garden City. Another not so good customer service experience. Our gal checking us out her name was Ebony was extremely rude. First she asked if we wanted to apply for Penney CC. Answer no. Then I said we have Penney Reward card. She rang us up and my husband gave her 2 Chamber of Commerce gift. 50.00 each. Pur purchase was $98.04. We knew we couldn't get any.cash back and stated that we don't want any cash back. I asked if this was purchase was applied to our Rewards points. She snapped right back at me and said NO!
