Hot Nails

Strangest and worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My mom wanted to take my 2 daughters to have their nails done. My 10 year old had a pedicure and was done in ten minutes. The lady was pressuring her to pick a color within the first 10 seconds of her looking at colors, even though no one else was in there. My other daughter had a manicure and she did not trim or file anything, and was also done in less than 10 minutes. Extremely awkward and strange experience. They put no care or effort into the services.

Worst service I’ve had. Went in to get dip removed and it was just ripped from my nails and there is some still on them. When I asked for them to be smoothed out there was no effort towards meeting that desire. No nail trim either. $15 for this.

I got a full set of gel nails and got my daughter's natural nails painted and the same day my daughters nail polish just fell off of all her finger nails and in 2 days 5 of my gel nails fell off! Not going back. They were fast but didn't take the time to make sure they were done right.
