I had my Vision Exam with glasses ordered. After paying for frames that I had found cheaper in other retailers, it took 2 calls, a “they’ll be here by the end of the month”. and a month and a half just to get told they have not yet been made. The staff is friendly however the prices and waiting times are not. I ordered much better frames with transitions for the fraction of the price and i got them in 1 week. Probably won’t return back here because of the wait time..

Why doesn't someone answer the phone? Instead I get a text message reply. This is odd for a business. Then I get rude responses. 11 days later still no glasses. Otherwise everything was handled with great care.

Katy is the best. She has always taken good care of me. She has always explained everything to me. If I do run into an issue she always fixes it. Shes very friendly and professional. If I go in and they are busy I’ll wait to talk to her!
