“On a recent road trip, I visited the rest stop on I 80, eastbound between Oglala and North Platte. The facility was clean and bright and I felt very safe there. Unfortunately, I left a very important item in the bathroom and was one state away when I realized it. I contacted the highway department who passed my info on to the cleaning contractors, who promptly contacted me. Someone went to the rest stop and retrieved my item, contacted me and promptly had it sent to me! It was waiting for me when I got home ?They were pleasant, precise and considerate. Thank you for ‘saving’ my day !“
