I'm a caregiver for my 93 year old mother & our AC went out in the evening when the temp was not dropping below High 70s and the next few days we were going to be in a Heat Advisory over a hundred (heat index 6 to 10 degrees higher) and just Miserable.I called & explained our situation the next morning and they were out by early afternoon.
