I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding dental care I’ve consistently received at Smith Dental Clinic. Having been a patient for some time, I can confidently say that every visit has been marked by excellent service from the entire team.

Anitra, the receptionist, always goes above and beyond, she called to remind me of my appointment and greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant voice at the front desk. The wait is always minimal, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

They have mastered the art of excellent service. From the receptionist who let me in before opening to get me out of the cold, to the hygienist who sat to listen to my whole story about my issues, to the Doctor and assistant who took care of me immediately even though it probably made the rest of their days schedule difficult they made me feel cared about and relieved my pain. I can’t say thank you enough to the team.

A very proactive and efficient clinic. The staff noticed I was close to overdue and called me in for my annual exam and cleaning. My hygienist, Mrs Jackie was very thorough and considerate during the cleaning, providing information and tips to stay on top of my regular cleaning.
