TOP TIER!! I have trained with Alex for two years. I started with very little knowledge about lifting and just wanted to get stronger. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about how to lift with proper form and what will work best for you and your goals. He answers any questions you have about nutrition and workouts and will take the time to look into your questions on the rare occasion he doesn’t know. He is extremely professional and personal to talk and train with. Starting out training with Alex he knew I had some big goals. I had previously had a few injuries that was limiting me on what I did at the gym. Alex helped me not only with form but the mobility side of training. Learning the proper way to lift and position myself helped me run with no pain, lift heavier than I thought I ever would and have more self confidence in the gym. We have been training for a little over two years now together and any question(s) I have he is always able to answer or finds the answer for me!
