So many improvements with this vet service in the past several years. They have 4 or 5 vets now and have hired enough front desk help so the service there is so much better than the past. You can get waited on without long waits and all the staff is friendly and helpful. The veterinary staff are all excellent.
We have taken our dogs to Dr Hess for 15 plus years. We live about 1-1/2 hours away, but trust his care and expertise for the health and well being of our furry family. I appreciate all he has done through surgeries and routine visits to help with keeping our pets healthy, and happy. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
EVC has treated every single one of my dogs like they were the only ones. I brought them a dog on her deathbed from a not-so-great home and they did everything they could to save her. They are still working with us to make sure she continues to grow and we’re all very worried about her. She is alive because of them! We owe our dog's life to them!
