“Wheatland Construction was hired to do a remodel of my basement after considerable water damage from a sump pump failure and subsequent remediation completion. As the remodel process began it was determined there were still water problems from long-time cracks in the basement walls. Thus, extensive foundation repair was required with foundation beams, new guttering, and dirt grading around the house. Now that we are about 3 weeks from finishing the basement I am very pleased with their work and their progress. Jonathan, Carl and James have been great to work with: to communicate with me, to explain all the required/suggested steps and to provide great subcontractors. Thank you.”
