Very pleased with the service at KC Disposal. Trisha arranged for a crew to pick up my trash after it was missed because the wind knocked the can over. My can was full and needed to be emptied. Thanks for doing a job well done.
My regular trash was missed this past Tuesday--probably due to the crazy high winds we had in OP, which was knocking over trash containers and flipping open trash lids making them look like they had been emptied when they were actually still full. I called KC Disposal and talked with Stephanie, explained that my regular trash had been missed, and she immediately got me on the return pickup list for today (Thursday). The customer service reps at KC Disposal are always very nice and work with you when there is a problem. Thanks Stephanie!!! ?
