“I was needing a new place for a hair refresh, and I wanted to give Platinum a try because I had heard good things about the salon. I called to make an appointment with whomever happened to have availability at the time I was looking for, and it happened to be Karlie.I was nervous to go into the appointment having had no personal experience with either the salon or stylist, but I was BLOWN AWAY by Karlie!! We talked through what I wanted, I showed her a couple inspiration photos, and she took it from there. During my service (2.5 hours - I have a LOT of hair), she was incredibly easy to talk to, kept me in the know about the balayage process, and made me feel very comfortable.The salon as a whole was beautiful, clean, and had a welcoming, relaxing vibe to it.
