I arrived on a Monday afternoon for a pickup. Checked in at the guard gate and got instructions on where to check-in. Shipping clerk assigned me a door immediately, slide tandems to the rear and wait for a dock green light to pickup your paperwork.
Loader Kenny was great, brought my paperwork out for me to sign. I was finished and on my way in 1 hour.
