Amber gave me the confidence that I can do it. Just listen to your body. She shows you an adavace way and a modified way. I have never felt so welcome it's an amazing place. Amber is so easy to talk to. If you have questions or need her to show you how to do a pose, she always does. I really have enjoyed my time at her place. It taught me to take a deep breath and enjoy life.“
