A family owned business that truly cares! After years of animals, kids and a remodel my home was in dire need of duct cleaning. The guys came out and discovered that my HVAC system was full of water so we'd have to postpone the cleaning. They got the water cleaned up helped me find the right filter to replace the wet one. I had my HVAC guy come out later that day and paid him the service fee to inform me that Vortex had already fixed the issue! Working with my schedule they came back 5 days later and completed the duct cleaning. There aren't many companies left that will go above and beyond to help their costumers. They were both professional and pleasant and tolerated my dogs being jerks. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a literal breath of fresh air.

Reposting since the first try didn't take. I have used Vortex twice. Last year for duct cleaning and mold, and again this year for a mold and humidity consult in the basement. I was very impressed with how they tackled the mold issue last summer. They were efficient and professional with their work. They are kind and compassionate with their customers. The sheetrock repair is phenomenal. This year my need for them wasn't as severe but they earned my trust and business from the year prior. Shawn came out and he really took the time to listen to my concerns about humidity and a few other things in the house. Because of this he actually found an undetected leak in the basement from a recent upstairs bathroom remodel. It was completely unrelated to his visit but if he hadn't listened and investigated who knows how long it could have been unnoticed. I was able to get a plumber out and fix what turned out to be several problems. I am very thankful he went above and beyond to go out of his way to help. This truly is a family business who cares about people and do quality work.
