I went into Ulta Beauty to find a foundation. I had the best experience, Mel helped me try on different shades, helped me make a great choice, just what I was looking for! Mel provided excellent customer service and offered very helpful advice! Made a purchase and will return! Thank you Mel for making my day and my face!:)

Came here to price comparison and was greeted immediately. Someone did assist me and offered suggestions on a similar product. I have always liked the variety of products at the Derby store.

Went in to get some basics and I was immediately greeted by a associate with halfway dyed purple hair, she ( or they ) was amazing and quickly told me about some of the sales.I was shocked since I shop at the Derby Ulta about once a week and no one has ever stopped me and told me about the sales and hardly talk to me other then a quick hello at the door. I believe her name was Sherri since that the was name on the checkout receipt.Thanks so much! Made my day when I wasn't expecting it too.
