This was only my 2nd time in this Ulta Beauty. I certa6see the hype and appeal. It's bright, clean, loaded with merchandise, and the employees are amazing. My only negative is their pricing. It's a little steep compared to discount stores, however they do have great sales. You also have the opportunity to earn rewards with your purchases; which is always a plus. If you've never shopped in an Ulta Beauty give this a visit, you won't be disappointed.
I had an online order to pick up from this location and went to pick it up yesterday evening. I’ve never been to an Ulta so this was my first time,I had my 13 year old daughter with me and there were 2 young ladies at the register. One was very sweet and welcoming,the other didn’t say anything and looked like she was having a bad day maybe. She was not as welcoming.We got in the car and my daughter said wow the one girl was nice but the other one looked mean. She said I smiled at her and she didn’t smile back. Based on the sweet girl I would come back and the good deals like the 5 for 5 stocking stuffers!
This store has wonderful staff who truly go out of their way to help you find the perfect makeup & skincare. I had a lovely lady show me some of the sales they had going & she picked out some nice things for my upcoming trip. The items were a bogo deal so I couldn’t resist. Will definitely be returning to the derby store.
