***Review changed from 1star to 5star***There was an unfortunate misunderstanding between the office and myself when I called to make an appointment with our cat. I am so thrilled that they reached out to me and righted the situation... They were very helpful in setting us up for our cat's appointment. I am especially thankful for the service I received over the phone with the person who called me back... Thank you!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using them as my main vet since 2019 and my mom has used them since 2006. If you’re new to derby and trying to figure out where to go this is the one.

We are new to the community and they were booked but took the time to work our little fella in. Thank you so much for treating us with kindness. We appreciate a business that goes above and beyond.
