Great experience on our first visit, the front desk staff was very friendly, our nurse Emily was so wonderful with both our dogs! And Dr. Kelly was wonderful as well, very helpful and answered all our questions.
Rainbow has always taken care of my animals in addition to my mother and sister's. The staff has always been kind and professional.When my German Shepard lost her bowels Heidi cleaned her up....another staff member (she knows whom I talking about) listens to me about non related animal issues. I have been taking my pets to Rainbow Valley since they opened in 1989. I have always been bet with the highest respect for their customers and compassion for the pets that they treat. The facility is always clean, and most importantly our dogs love to go here.
