They did do a tour the first time we used them and we really loved that they take the dogs out to run and play instead of leaving them in the kennels all day-our #1 reason from switching to hi halo to here. They really care about the pets-everytime ive picked up my dog, they have raved about him and love on him before we leave. Our dog always seems happy to go and not terrified when we leave. We love it here and will continue to use them in the future.“
