“I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I have to for this place. I take my pup and kitty here and I hope I never have to take them anywhere else. The team in this office is SO kind, they love my pets just like I do. The doctor and the staff do everything they can to make my pets feel comfortable, even my little kitten Gertrude when she was scared for her first visit. I was so nervous to bring her after only getting her a few months after losing my last cat. I didnt want them to judge me for getting a new kitten so soon. But they didn't make me feel that way at all. And loved her so much.
They have never gotten frustrated with my high energy aussie mix, not even when I'm frustrated and embarrassed that she loses all sense because shes that excited to be there.
But most importantly, when I lost my best boy, Kitten. They had never seen him as I had always took him to a cat specific vet for 11yrs, but after WPW treated my dog I brought my cat here after he passed away at home unexpectedly. The staff didn't make me feel bad for bawling in their office before handing him over for cremation. In fact, they sent me a sweet card with nose and paw prints to my home. They genuinely care here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Rafferty and team.
