I love Jackson Hewitt & my tax preparer Ms Ruby! Been a client of hers for 20+ years... She is very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable & knows exactly what she is doing. Highly recommend her!

I have been using Jackson Hewitt for about 4-5 years now but it's not the company itself that keeps me coming back...it's the wonderful Mrs.Ruby Turner and her lovely daughter. Both have prepared my tax files in the past year and I am always satisfied.The work is always through and done correctly. Not to include the hospitality that's shown to her customer s is unmatched. Her new office in Derby Ks is beautiful it's next to the driver solutions building in that shopping center don't hesitate to go and speak with them about all of your tax season Questions.

Called Jackson Hewitt Tax Service on Sunday afternoon and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Ruby. Shortly after the call I was in her office discussing with her my concerns on my current tax return that I had filed. She reviewed all my paperwork, answered all my questions and immediately set my mind at ease reassuring me that all is well.Thank you Ruby!!
