I absolutely would recommend Derby Firestone! It’s Christmas Eve, and my 19 year old son had his car in for 2 new tires. He was told they took the old tires off and replaced them. A couple of hours after picking up his car, Firestone called and said they took off the wrong tires and asked him to come back in so they could correct it. I can’t thank them enough for being honest and taking the time…on Christmas Eve…to correct their mistake! Thank you Derby Firestone for being honest, giving superb customer service, and making sure my son is safe on his 10 hour drive back to college! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
