I am so glad that I chose Derby Derm my first reasoning in doing so is the quality of service provided to me by the front desk! The employee that answered the phone seemed genuinely happy at her job she was quick and prompt in providing me the information I needed all wile maintaining a professional and happy demeanor. When I arrived to the appointment I scheduled for my uncle I found that the lobby and service room was clean smelled nice and looked beautiful. We were able to fill out my uncles information on a iPad while we waited. The wait time was reasonable the nurse that provided service for us was attentive and made sure to regularly check if anything was painful...read full review
My personal experience has been amazing.i would highly recommend Derby Derm to anyone.Outstanding service.very informative thru out the procedure. I personally have use various places in the area. And if you haven't consider them as number #1 . Then you personal don't care about the right choices . Derby Derm and yes there is no other.
Tim and his staff are such amazing people. Since I was 16 years old I have been going to this place for all help with anything I need done. Truly a blessing to have such an amazing person help myself and others. Thanks guys!!!!! HUGE THUMBS UP FROM ME!!
