Jennifer did a very thorough inspection on our new home. Her report included very specific details and pictures. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very professional. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family looking to buy a house.

We were looking at buying a mobile home and we’re unsure about what to look for as far as repairs and all of that good stuff. I found jen /happy homes on a google search. She was quick to respond and answer my questions. She was professional and kind. She explained the process and came out within the next day to look at our home. She did a full top to bottom inspection complete with photos of hard to reach places. Under the mobile home. The supports under the home. Roof pictures. She gives you a complete report.
