I purchased a seat and guide machine from Cavco. The price was reasonable. Communication and shipping time was great. During shipping, the machine was severly damaged by the freight company. When I told Dan about it, he immediately offered to refund my money(even before insurance had looked at it) Instead, I decided to get the bigger version of the machine I had purchased and pay the difference as well as a piece of cleaning equipment. Rather than putting the equipment on another freight truck and rolling the dice, Dan personally hauled the equipment from central Kansas to San Antonio Texas to deliver it.
