“I can't say enough good things about Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning!I recently moved from out of state and one weekend over the summer, in the 90+ weather, both our water heater and air conditioner went out. We were worried that we would have to wait for so long to get it fixed that we'd need to get a hotel room, but Reliable came and helped us very quickly. The technician needed to get a part to fix the AC, but he rigged it so that it would at work in meantime. He came back the next day with a permanent fix for the AC and replaced the broken water heater. Throughout the entire process the technician was courteous, professional, and very kind. He was even able to recommend some additional local services since I was new to the area. After being unable to shower, sweating to death, and stressing out, I can't express the relief we felt after turning to Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning. “Noah at Hoods is a great dude. I did have a small issue with a service call HOWEVER the way Noah handled it and communicated clearly what had happened and didn't try to put any spin on it at all. Owned the slip up and promised to make up for it. Had a tech drop by today to get me fixed and he had things up and running in 20 minutes. We're all human and everyone is going to make mistakes.
