Not only were they fantastic with communication and timelines; they helped give clarity to an otherwise muddy and chaotic situation. Upon mom passing; she wanted to donate what tissue she could, as she wished to reciprocate the gift, she/we received of organ transplantation. From hospital, to transplant surgery donation, to transporting her body back home, funeral services, and burial, we were guided the whole way through.
They helped simplify the process for us kids, dealing with 5-way calls, as we all live 2-4 hours away. Having the corner pieces removed from her casket; has given us kids a sense of peace, and something tactile to hold onto. They were wonderful, from start to finish.
