They are amazing co workers that do there job and know how to always help solve an issue with my sons glasses and they know how to make the there patients comfortable and they definitely know how to make people laugh and cheer them up especially smaller children when they don't want to be here like 2 of my boys didn't even want to go in the the back on day because they were scared so shortly after the nice lady talked to them they were okay with going and getting their eyes checked now my kids love going there. Dr Dobbins is very nice, professional and very skilled. The only take on the practice is that the staff is not skilled enough when it comes to adjusting the frame to my comfort. I had a new glasses for more than a month and it hurts so bad! I went to get it adjusted about 4x but it still hurts. I need someone to fix the frame so that I can wear it?
